Farmers allege that the Botsa Sathyanarayana remarks were nothing more than a conspiracy to change capital, while raising concerns about capital formation. Outraged over the minister's comments, the farmers aggitation held the Tuluru Mandalam in Velagapudi. They demanded that the farmers who sat on the road be stopped the vehicles to not shift the capital .

ఏపీ రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని అమరావతి పై బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ సంచలన వ్యాఖ్యలు ఏపీలో కాక రేపుతున్నాయి . రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని అమరావతి సురక్షితం కాదని బొత్సా అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. వరద ముంపుకు గురయ్యే ప్రాంతాన్ని రాజధానిగా ఎందుకు ఎంచుకున్నారో అర్ధం కావట్లేదు అని ఆయన వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. అంతేకాదు గతంలో శివరామ కృష్ణ కమిటీ కూడా అదే చెప్పిందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. దీనిమీద మళ్లీ చర్చించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. అయితే బొత్సా సత్యన్నారాయణ చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలపై పెద్ద దుమారం లేచింది. అయినా మరోసారి బొత్సా తాను చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలను సమర్ధించుకున్నారు. దీంతో రాజధాని ప్రాంత రైతులు మండిపడుతున్నారు. జనసేన అధినేత పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ కు, బీజేపీ ఎంపీ సుజనా చౌదరికి తమ గోడు విన్నవించుకున్న రైతులు మంత్రి వ్యాఖ్యలకు నిరసనగా ఆందోళన బాట పట్టారు.
